**IMPORTANT NOTICES**

**I will be relocating to Morinville, Alberta. I’m going to be opening a home clinic at our new residence. My number will remain the same should you need to contact me or want to book in (780) 665-5123. I will still be in Whitecourt with regular office hours until August 14, 2025. There is now an additional location on the website to book for Morinville if you would like.

If you don’t receive an email confirmation after booking your appointment it is unlikely you have successfully booked. Don’t forget to check your spam folder because sadly sometimes the emails end up there!

When booking patients under 18 years of age, if you already have a profile (as the parent booking) you can go in your profile and there is an option to add a family member and create their profile that way. If you don’t have a profile you would start from scratch creating the child’s profile. Legally, any patient under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent to every appointment. I apologize for the inconvenience.

If there is no appointment availability on the day you would like please scroll to the bottom of the booking page and click on the link for “Wait List.” You can add yourself to the wait list and if there’s a cancellation I will contact you.
